※After courses have started, applications are accepted only if a suitable level class is available for auditing

Applicants must have no scheduling restrictions.

2. Purpose of Study and List of Any Prior Visits to Japan (TRIDENT-designated form)
3. Passport
4. Alien Registration Card
5. 2 Copies of Photograph ［4cm×3cm］(2, including the one attached to the Application Form)

※Documents other than those noted above may be required

Applicants are selected through screening the submitted documents and by interview.

SCHOOL EXPENSES:Tuition	：	Around ￥ １００,０００	for 4weeks
	Depending on the beginning date or period of study,  the tuition fee may be different.Please ask for details.

※Necessary expenses for text-books, other materials, etc. are not included in the above fees/tuition.
※School expenses must be paid into the account designated by TRIDENT.
※If an applicant withdraws from the course after paying the school expenses, but before classes start, the application fee and enrollment fee are not refundable. After classes start, tuition is not refundable for any reason.

　

1. TRIDENT will not issue any documentation to auditors (including student identification cards, diplomas, transcript, letters of recommendation, etc.).
2. TRIDENT will not issue documentation for student commuter tickets or for JR's student discount rail passes to auditor course students.
3. Auditors are not eligible for TRIDENT scholarships.
4. Students who are often absent or late may be expelled.
5. If classes are cancelled due to natural disaster or public transportation strike, TRIDENT will not have make-up classes.
6. Auditors cannot apply for insurance which regular course students are entitled to.
7. Those who have studied as auditors will get an application fee (￥5,000) and enrollment fee (￥20,000) reduction when applying for a regular course.

※Applicants should submit application documents listed in “APPLICATION DOCUMENTS” with the application fee to our office. If you intend to come to the office to submit your application, AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED.
※For any reason, if applicants cannot come to the school to submit their application, they should contact us IN ADVANCE.
